At YAMADA, technology development is not limited to products. Creativity in manufacturing is demonstrated in all processes. We create competitive products by utilizing the latest techniques; in product development we use structural analysis to optimize for conditions such as the requested strength and oscillation; in mold development we use flow analysis to simulate the flow of molten metal in the mold for cast aluminum products and use solidification analysis to simulate solidification process of the molten metal. What is more, we have established a system for efficiently producing more competitive products by developing, designing, and manufacturing equipment, molds, jigs, and tools in-house together with products. Through the use of these systems we provide the high quality that comes from taking responsibility for all processes.
