The corporate social and environmental responsibility policy (CSR) is as follows. 1. Commit to developing and growing a sustainable business, taking into account the impact on the environment and local community. 2. Focus on using natural resources and maximizing the benefits in accordance with the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy for sustainable self-reliance. 3. Conduct activities that are socially responsible, focusing cooperating with local the community and local government organizations. 4. Support the participation of the company's personnel and foster socially responsible values into the corporate culture through the following activities.
Donate money to participate in the 7-day surveillance activity during the New Year 2023 with the officers of the Mapyangporn Police Department.

In response to the devastating floods in Northern Thailand, particularly in Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai—marked as the worst in 80 years—both public and private sectors have been working urgently to provide relief to affected communities. YSC has also stepped forward to address this crisis by uniting its efforts within the company. Management, employees, and the Yamada Somboon labor union have come together to donate funds and purchase essential supplies, including food, drinking water, and necessities, to support flood victims. This initiative reflects the cooperation and compassion of everyone in the organization, demonstrating a commitment to making a positive impact and standing by the community during challenging times. YSC extends its heartfelt support to all those affected and hopes that this assistance will help alleviate some of the hardships they face.

November 28, 2024 – In another significant step of corporate social responsibility (CSR), Yamada Somboon Company has delivered a rest pavilion for visitors at Ma Bayang Phon Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital. This project is part of the company's CSR activities aimed at building strong relationships between the organization, children in the community, and the society at large. The newly constructed rest pavilion is designed to be a place where visitors can relax and unwind after receiving medical services. Additionally, it serves as a venue for recreational activities and learning opportunities for children within the community. By providing various amenities such as seating areas, shaded spots, and spaces for group activities, the pavilion promotes social interaction and community development at the local level. Mr. Deguchi Koei and Mr. Prapat Khotchanta, Vice president and Compliance Managers of Yamada Somboon Company, stated, "We are proud to present this rest pavilion to Ma Bayang Phon Subdistrict Health Promoting Hospital as a means of supporting medical services and enhancing the quality of life for the local population. Furthermore, we aim to strengthen our relationships with the community and youth to collaboratively develop a better society."" The company hopes that this project will be well-received by the local community and numerous hospital visitors, especially during times when the community needs a place to rest. Ma Bayangphon Subdistrict, January 31, 2025 – In celebration of its 30th anniversary, Yamada Somboon Company President Mr. Shige Yuki Nohara and Mr. Dekuji Koe embarked on a special CSR activity by donating custom-made pedestals featuring both the school and company logos. These pedestals were gifted to Ban Ma Bayangphon Elementary School and Ma Bayangphon Witthayakhom High School, schools located within the company’s community. This initiative is part of Yamada Somboon Company’s CSR efforts to build strong, positive relationships among children, the community, and the organization.
