Holding on 7 and 20 October 2023 at the Royal Initiative Project, Aang Dok Krai, Pluak Daeng District, Rayong Province. In the topic: Team Building With the objective to build up command skills, working as a team, and building relationships increases coordination efficiency and develops communication in teamwork. This training was made possible with the support of Top management of the company and was honored to give an opening speech and give encouragement to the entire team The President also participated in training activities with the team of Leader, team leader and Manager for a period of time.

On April 1st, 2024, YSC has new 6 Japanese executives. All 6 executives are led by President Mr. Shigeyuki Nohara, the new president of YSC, followed by MR. Koei Deguchi Vice President and EGM of the Business Management Division, Mr. Toshihiro Naganuma, GM of Quality Assurance, Mr. Tetsuya Imaizumi, GM of Production Diecasting Department, Mr. Yoshihiro Masubuchi, GM of Production Engineer Department and Mr. Masahiko Nagata, Senior Engineer, Production Engineer Department. On the agenda of YSC's Policy statement held on April 8th, each of executives introduced themselves to all the employees and explain the policies of each field to clarify the direction of YSC's management.

Today's activities include pouring water on Buddha images and asking for blessings from elders. Various fun games such as folk games and the uniqueness of this festival are Water splashing by various people and watering activities for adults. This activity of Thai people leads to mutual support and connection between each other. This culture is considered an ancient heritage activity of the Thai people.
