Job Posting: Sales New Model (Direct OEM Experience Only)

 

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Receive Project Information from OEM Customers

  • Collect RFQ (Request for Quotation), drawings, and specifications.

  • Attend project kick-off meetings with customers and relevant departments (Engineering, Production, QA).

2. Cost Analysis and Quotation

  • Collaborate with Costing and Engineering teams to analyze material, mold, and production process costs.

  • Prepare and present competitive quotations to customers.

  • Negotiate pricing and terms with customers.

3. New Model Project Management

  • Plan and monitor project timelines from initiation to SOP (Start of Production).

  • Coordinate with Tooling, Production Planning, and QA departments.

  • Conduct progress review meetings internally and with customers.

4. Track Sample Part Status

  • Manage part approval processes, such as PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).

  • Submit samples to customers for quality testing and follow up on approval status.

5. Customer Relationship Management

  • Act as the company’s representative in coordinating with OEM customers.

  • Address customer complaints or issues and facilitate internal resolutions.

6. Documentation and Reporting

  • Prepare contracts, purchase orders, change points, and quotation records.

  • Regularly report project progress to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or project management in the automotive industry.

  • Prior experience with OEM customers (e.g., Nissan, Honda, Isuzu) is highly preferred.

Key Skills

  • Project Management: Effectively plan and track project progress.

  • Technical Understanding: Knowledge of drawings, specifications, and automotive part processes (e.g., Press, Welding, Machining, Injection).

  • Costing & Quotation: Ability to analyze costs and prepare quotations.

  • Communication & Negotiation: Professional negotiation and coordination with OEM customers.

Additional Skills

  • English Proficiency: Strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills (TOEIC 500+ is a plus).

  • ERP / MS Office: Proficient in Excel (e.g., Pivot, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
